Sales are not registering on transactions today

I have had sales totaling $547 today on my Jot Forms but they are not showing up in my Square transactions for today.

Can anyone please advise? Thanks

Are you seeing them if you login to your dashboard? 

This happens to me sometimes and it's usually just a little lag for a few minutes to a few hours.

NO, they are being processed through my Jot Forms but are not showing up on the transaction page. This is the first day this has happened
