Don't feel lost, many of us has had the same thoughts starting out. Suggest doing a bit of homework before diving in - you may want to start here. You have to start out simple and go from there. Think about what you want your site to look like, the items you plan to sell, delivery options, applied taxes, etc. Square's website editor offers design templates from which you can choose. Don't go crazy at first - set up a couple of items, once you see how things work, you can then add more. If you're totally not into creating your own site, there are pros who can do it for you (for a fee of course). Also start with the FREE plan, you can always upgrade later if that's something you think you need to do.
