Hey there @McIntosh-Pecan.  This error is typically thrown by the Edge Browser when certain SSL anomalies are detected.  Is that what you are using?  the Microsoft boards are full of questions about it, and not just for Square. It seems to be a quirk of Edge.

Anyway, it would help if you could post the URL so I can see if I’m getting the same error.  If I am, I might be able to help you investigate further.  So please post the URL.  FYI, I’m ending a 12-hour day in my shop, so I will not be able to see your reply or assist you further until tomorrow morning.

Interesting.  I can’t establish a secure connection either on Safari.  So, I’m going to tag the Square Moderators here.  One of them will consult with the engineers and get back with you.

I have confirmed we are using a GoDaddy Site not weebly for our main page www.Mcintoshpecan.com  and redirecting to the www.mcintoshpecan.square.site URL on the square platform through the green Shop Now button on the Godaddy home page for mcintoshpecan.com. When we click the Shop Now button which is linked to the www.mcintoshpecan.square.site  URL it gives the following message.

This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.mcintoshpecan.square.site uses an unsupported protocol.

I'm having the same problem and I'm on Chrome. I can type in my site address and it works fine, but if someone copies and pastes it, it gives the Unsupported protocol message. Is there a way to fix it without starting over? I had enough problems the first time. I don't want to do it again.
