Quickbooks connect with square not matching transactions

I have the new connect to square integration with quickbooks, the issue is non of my transactions are matching with my deposits.  I have tried to do individual and summary imports.  Neither seems to match up.  The previous integration seemed to work flawlessly.  This one, no.  I believe most of the issues are related to the deposit times and the days can sometime overlap.  For example if we run transactions at 8p its past the square cutoff for deposits.  

 

I do not want to pay for a integration, I just want this one to work.

Hello @joshdp thanks for your post. You may want to check and see what time is setup for your business hours...the cutoffs of when you close your business for the day. Adjusting this may affect how your integration and deposits are working, and this may fix your issue.

 

You can check on your deposit schedule and close of day in Account & Settings in your Dashboard.

 

The steps to get there are:

1: Click on Account & Settings

2: Click on Business

3: Select Deposits

 

You can adjust what time you would like your deposits cut off each day (many Sellers adjust this to their business hours so all the sales for that day are included), but do know that if you make your deposit cut off time late in the evening, then it will take 2 business days to arrive in your bank account.
