Ordering outside delivery Radius

Hello,

 

Wondering if anyone can help.

 

We have set our delivery radius to 4.9 miles but someone over 6 miles is constantly ordering with us. 

 

I think that as the customer has ordered a couple of times previously the customers information is imbedded into the system and overriding the radius maybe?

Thanks for flagging this here. I'd suggest checking first of all that your delivery radius has been set up correctly, you can follow the steps listed in our support article In-House Delivery with Square Online


Also just double check that your business address is registered correctly, just to ensure that's not the cause of the error (Square Online Dashboard > Fulfilment > Shipping > Shipping from).

 

If after confirming these details are correct, you will need to contact our support team directly so they can take a look on the backend with you. They'll be able to log into your account and see the settings, I don't have access to it here as this is a public forum. That way we can get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
