Online orders are printing twice at one location

We reopened one of our restaurant locations yesterday and turned the online store back on but now the kitchen is getting duplicate copies of orders. Can't figure out how to stop this and haven't come across anyone yet with the same issue.  Not having this issue at the other location. Any ideas?  We did notice that our main terminal (ipad) is now showing our online orders whereas before it didn't.  We must have done an update so perhaps that has something to do with it? Grasping!  Just need to figure it out because it's a time zapper and a huge waste of paper!  Thanks!

Mine is doing the same thing. Any Luck or did it just go away?

@bgeselle and @Denikins I'm really sorry to hear the frustration regarding your orders. Do you have two devices in your stores? If so, please check that only one has the feature turned on to print "Online Order Tickets." If both have this feature turned on, it could be telling the printer to print your orders twice. 

 

If you have an iPad/Point of Sale app, you will find this under Settings > Hardware > Printers > Editing Printer Station > Use this printer for: Online Order Tickets.

 

This should fix it for you. Of course, let me know if you're still experiencing trouble!
