How to troubleshoot missing deposits?

Normally, Square initiates my balance transfer every Monday through Friday at 16:00 hours and my bank notifies me before 16:30 that the funds have landed in my account.

 

Today, the Balance page shows the money has gone, but nothing has arrived in my bank. I checked with a friend who also uses Square but doesn't use the same bank as me - her funds aren't there, either.

 

How can we trace or troubleshoot missing deposits? Is there an outage or issue with transferring payments that you are aware of?

Hey @the-refill-lady, thanks for flagging this! There is no issue with transferring payments as far as I'm aware but I'll keep an eye out on my end as well.

 

When we send funds, it sometimes can take up to 2 hours for the amount to reflect in your account's balance. If you are unable to locate still by tomorrow morning, we can open an investigate on our end. To kickstart it, please give our Support team a call on 0800 - 098 8008, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM.
