My transfer ruined my site

My domain transfer from Squarespace completed. I got the email confirmation, but my site is not functional. I get a code that my DNS settings are incorrect and yet I can not seem to update them. My name server is still listed as Squarespace - How do I fix this???

I no longer have my domain on Squarespace, I can not access it from there at all.

@MagicallyMJ In order to possibly help you can you confirm that you transferred your domain from Squarespace to Square? Squarespace and Square are two separate companies and I just want to make sure you're asking about how to update your DNS Settings for Square. 

If you didn't transfer your domain to Square I would probably check with the company you transferred your domain to.

You could also reach out to Squarespace to see if they can assist you with the domain name transfer or give you an ETA on when it will complete.

I transferred TO Square - When I go to add DNS records they don't actually appear once I have added them.

@MagicallyMJ Gotcha, just wanted to make sure, otherwise there wouldn't be much we could recommend! How recently did you Transfer to Square? It can take up to 24 hours for transfers/DNS to correctly route, unfortunately there's no way to rush the process. If it's been longer than 24 hours I'd definitely reach out to Support as they would be able to take a deep look at your DNS/Website/account.

Its been 4 days since i got the confirmation email confirming the completion. I have worked with support twice already and they supposedly made changes on thier end to the DNS that should have taken effect after 48 hours - sadly that hasnt happend. Last time I spoke with a tech they said that to them it appears the domain didnt transfer. my secondary name server is still listed as squarespace and the main name server is like dns0 something like that

I was hoping to get a differet perspective since the support line hasnt really helped
