My primary business address is in Massachusetts, however, I also offer services in the US Virgin Islands. I've just set up a new square account and tried to process a customer payment in the USVI for the first time. I receive an error message. Is this a limitation or restriction by Square? Is there a way to correct it so that I can process payments here? I tried to set up a second business location in St. Thomas, but the system will not take the address.
