I am trying to enter a manual payment and it will not go through. Please advise asap
Do you have connectivity to the internet via either wifi or cell? If you don't you can't run a manual payment I believe.
If the numbers are turning red when you're trying to run a payment, then something is wrong with the information you entered--usually it's the customer not remembering their correct zip code.
If it's not either of those two, what errors/changes in app behavior are you seeing when you try to run the transaction?
