Links to Order Now Buttons on Published Site not working - Help!

Hello, I just "Published" my site and the 2 links to Order Now (on the banner) are not working, so no orders can be placed. 

 

Everything else on the home page is working (links to Insta, HIre form, etc.).

 

Is there something else I need to do?

Hi @lali,

 

I do see that those buttons are just routed back to your website, https://auntlali.square.site/. Could you try going to your Weebly dashboard and double-clicking one of the buttons? This should open up the action button and provide your settings for them. You can edit where they are linked by clicking on the blue text with the link next to it.

Clicking there will bring up an edit link interface where you can select the section you want your button to go to. Save the changes and publish your website after doing this for both the buttons.

@mattd Thanks for your reply. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with someone & think we resolved it. Unfortunately, after we hung up, all of the items now say "Not Available" so nobody can order anything. 

 

Might you help resolve this?

 

Also, still trying to disable the Pick Up option as we are Delivery only. It is very confusing for the customers.

 

If this isn't an option -- are we able to Hide our address? We do not want people coming to our location, as we are Delivery Only. @isabelle @JustinC

Hi @lali,

 

In Weebly, you will need to go to each item an enter in the inventory. You can either sync the inventory that you have in your Square Dashboard or enter the inventory into Weebly directly. In your Item Library:

  1. Click into a product.
  2. Set the product as 'visible'.
  3. Scroll down and input the amount of stock you have of the item
  4. Save your changes in the top right corner.
  5. Repeat this process for each item.
  6. Go into the website section and hit 'publish' in the top right corner to make your changes live.

Regarding the no pick-up and only delivery question, this is currently a feature request. I provided a potential workaround here in the meantime.
