My customer is having trouble seeing my prices for my services even though I set them up
Hey @Hairbaby101 and welcome to the Seller Community!! Are there any more details you can provide to me that will help me narrow down what's going on with your service prices? Can your customer provide a screenshot of what they are seeing?
Also, a few things to check that may help:
1: Make sure your account is fully activated. You can do this by clicking the green "Setup Guide" on your Square Dashboard.
2: Make sure you have an active Appointments Subscription. You can view this under Pricing & Subscriptions on the Dashboard as well.
