We've recently experienced a random issue where my online store intermittently says items are unavailable and then on refresh says they're available. Regardless of clearing device cache it just seems to randomly do it across all items. Anyone got any ideas (just tried to phone the Square 24/7 support phone line to discover apparently there's no support on weekends!). Any thoughts would be much appreciated 🙂 Claire
Hi @Claire_S, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! Often, when an item is showing as unavailable, there're a few things we can check:
- Make sure the item has a fulfilment method selected and that the fulfilment method has been setup correctly.
- Make sure the item is in stock
- Make sure items have been set to Visible
- Check that Accept online orders is enabled within Settings > Checkout
If everything is setup correctly but items are still showing up as unavailable intermittently, the best thing is to reach out to our Support team directly. They will be able to look further into this and check additional account specific settings.
