Why has the Weebly app stopped working with Square Online?

Does anybody know why the Weebly app has stopped working with Square online. I keep getting an error message saying it's not available with my Square account.

 

Just stopped working without any warning. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but this has made no difference.

Hi @ThornleyS, sorry to hear you are experience this issue! If possible, can you me over a screenshot of the error message you are getting? Is this the iOS or Android app?

Thanks for getting back to me!

 

Whenever I try to log in on the app I get this message:IMG_1649.PNG

It's on iOS. It always worked fine, then just suddenly stopped.

Hi @ThornleyS, thanks for your patience as we look into this! From checking with our team, this error message typically occurred if you have multiple Square Online sites on your account. At the moment, the Weebly app cannot support multi-sites account.

Thanks for looking into that for me. 

I did have multiple sites, but deleted those a few weeks back to go back down to one site, yet it still isn’t working?

Thanks for letting me know @ThornleyS! It might be that even though the sites have been deleted, the system still hasn't correctly recognise that. I'll check in with our team and see what will be the best way to correct this hear. Once I have an update, I'll be sure to reach out and let you know.
