Is it possible to customize the confirmation email the client will receive upon placing an order?

Hello,

 

I am new to square and I have a few questions and hope you all can help me find the answers for them.

 

First, is it possible to customize the confirmation email the client will receive upon placing an order? If so, how do I go about doing that?

 

Second, where can set up fulfillment options and also availability? If possible at all.

Hello @bitesofheaven thanks for your post. You can setup or change email and notifications for online orders in your Dashboard:

Go to the above link, or ONLINE > COMMUNICATIONS > EMAIL ALERTS

 

Fulfillment can be setup here: https://www.weebly.com/app/store/users/126405578/sites/122496413704188776/#/store/shipping

Or ONLINE > FULFILLMENT

 

When you create or add new items to your online store, you will be able to indicate the number of inventory you have, and if they are available for sale. This should then be reflected and updated when customers start ordering those items.

Yes @bitesofheaven you should be able to custom your messages. Do you see the below? You may need to click ADD PROFILE before you are allowed to edit a custom message...

Then when you have added a profile, you can click the three dots (...) to edit each type of email. A window will appear that will let you design and edit your emails.

Thank you so much for you reply. I found both sections to edit, however, I am still not able to edit the body of the email message itself. Like the pick up instructions, I cannot change the message itself. Is that possible?
