I use pirate shipping normally but i just signed up for shippo through square and when it comes to printing on the labels it prints out SMALL and in Landscape mode. I have tried portrait and i have resized a few times but for the life of me i cannot seem to get it right. i wasted too many labels to get it right and gave up. When i download my label it comes out landscape small and on top of a whole page ...... if that makes sense?? someone please help!
If it makes a difference i have a Nelko Thermal Printer & a HP pavillion laptop.
Only way I got it to work is i logged in on my phone, screenshot the label, cropped it & rotated it and went into my Nelko app and printed off there.

You could check your Label Settings in Shippo. See if it is setup to print the correct size label you need.
In Shippo you would need to configure your Labels correctly as seen in the video below:
4403214102043-How-to-Configure-your-Label-Settings
You would also need to check to see if your printer is correctly set for your Label size. To make sure your Thermal printer is correctly assigning the 4x6 label and not thinking it is a Price Tag label for example.
The next thing you need to look at is the Settings in windows to see what Windows is printing as a Default size to that printer. I already setup my shipping printer to print an 8.5 x 11 when I first got it. This was either in windows or in the Label printers settings when I installed the printer.
The orientation of the label could also be effecting how its printing and sizing to the label now. Since its in Landscape printing it shrinks the label to fit the paper width and not the length. Look for that type of setting.
What I did at first when printing labels was I would Print them as a PDF, to get my settings right on my shipping printer.
There are alot of variables and settings that 2 might be wrong and 1 right, or 1 wrong and two right making the printer not print as you expect it to. For example Shippo May say print in Portrait, Windows says print in portrait, and the the Printer says papeer is Landscape..... I'll print Landscape.
Maybe the attached Youtube vide will help you.
