Hello I am have trouble with my Square sinking to my phone and IPad. I recently input a new customer and now the information is no where to be found.

Sorry you're experiencing this, but I'd like to look into this. To begin, where did you enter this customer's information and what devices do you have in your mix? Also, are you only experiencing this with one customer?
