Having issues with verification

I have tried several times to activate our business account. I double checked the information I provided but no luck. I assume the # you need from our library where SS# goes are the last 4 digits of our FEIN? Still doesn't work.

Did you manage to activate your account by any chance ? Since we don't have access to your account information on the Community, it's tough to pinpoint what other steps you might need to complete. I suggest reviewing our Guide, or contact our Support Team so they can take a look for you.
