Need to add our EIN to our information, we are nonprofit, all volunteer. Account owner has tried repeatedly and the information does not remain. Suggestions? NOT getting help from calling in.
I realize that this post was some time ago, but just checking in to see if you ever got his issue resolved? If you did get it resolved, did you end up doing anything specific?
