Downloading a report to csv produces a blank csv file

The report I download is https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/reports/category-sales 

The csv file is completely blank expect cell A1, which shows "��C" and that's all. Is this a bug?

Hi @nell_a, with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, if you go to File > Open > Select the CSV file, you should be able to see the report in full. Please try downloading your report again and if you still see an empty report, you may need to contact our Support team for further investigation.

Hi @Emma_ 

The only option I have in my OS in the File menu of the downloaded file is 'SAVE AS > Google Sheets'. If I do this the data then appears.
