Create Shipping Labels USPS not showing

Customers have been ordering online for 3 months now and suddenly one customer order came through without the USPS shipping option. In the order it shows the customer paid USPS Shipping. Other orders submitted at the same time show the USPS option.

This is specifically when I click an order on the Weebly\Square order screen and click create shipping label. 

Even if I select UPS it won't calculate anything.

Hi @supertek78 It might be best to reach out to our support team directly in case this is the effect of a temporary bug. I can take a peak if you provide the order number, though.
