I started up my shop last week and it has been great. This morning when I clicked "online" from my dashboard, I was taken to a page that says "The site can't provide a secure connection" and this error: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
I googled the issue, made sure to clear my browser cache and cookies, cleared the SSL slate. Browser and PC are up to date.
I also get an error when I choose "Online Checkout" from the dashboard. It just says, "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."
My main issue is that I am unable to edit my shop beyond adding items. This has been going on all day.
Edited to add that my categories are gone too.
I’m having the same issue, can’t get online links to work either. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting I could find including updating apps and browsers that were already updated. Cleared cache and history. Tried from multiple devices, I am pretty sure square is experiencing a problem on their end and Weebly.
The worst. Can't get to orders, can't turn off incoming orders.
I was able to create a link for clients to purchase as a standalone link but it says sold out when you click the link. Super frustrating as I just ran an ad and hyped up the sale on social media and the link doesn’t even work now. I found out about the issue when people began commenting the link wouldn’t let them buy. I hope square gets it together because this is costing me lost orders.
I know earlier today they were having issues, but then they said the issues were resolved, it definitely doesn't seem like that's the case. It's super frustrating.
This issue is stillstanding for me today. It takes me to a weebly address and it wont load.
That's the exact issue I was having yesterday. It all seems to be in working order today. Are you getting an error code?
It's Weebly, which is crazy it's separate from Square, even though Square owns it. They work in two different silos; they don't communicate with each other. Lame
Customers are still able to place orders on my website except when I need to export my reports can't get to the orders. Have to do it all through the dashboard Orders and manually put together. Super time consuming, as we deliver ourselves and use that Excel spreadsheet to input into our delivery app. We pay a lot of money in Square fees to have this sort of thing happen. Unacceptable
