Almost impossible to use Square
Square has gotten to a point where it take a long time to do things and sometimes it does nothing at all. We try to create invoices and when we lick on invoices, nothing happens. We have to do many things just to get it to work. Square, please do not give the tired excuses about the internet and number of items. I am creating invoices... which should not be loading all of them at once anyway...
Also can we get invoices to default to "Outstanding" this is the only category people who use the system really need at a glance.

Are you using Invoice app or Invoices from a computer going through your Dashboard? I don't really use the app itself much all all but I know from the Dashboard side of things, it can be slow when making up an invoice and the suggested fields tend to be slower no doubt.

Hi Minion,
We use the computer for daily processes. We only use the app when in the field. Sometime clicking on invoices does nothing at all other times it loads so slowly. Square should really think about store and forward for data. Download data only when needed, data can be stored on the computer for faster retrieval and check with the online database when things change. IMAP email does this all the time, it is not a new concept.

@Randem If you're using a computer, have you tried a different browser? Clearing cache and cookies? It almost sounds like the browser cache is corrupt or something.
I second @Minion on the suggested items being slow to load sometimes.

Yes, Tried everything, Cleared everything, different browsers, restart computer, Different computer. Interesting that no one from Square chimed in, I guess they want all the users to support their product... i don't have these issues with other websites...
