Before the Fiasco last week when I logged into my Square account there was an option to keep me logged in for 30 days, which was very convenient and also was what kept me from being locked out of my account and allowed me to still run cards offline that day. Now that option is gone and I am constantly having to log back in several times a day which, to be honest, is really annoying. What happened to that option? Is it a glitch or has Square yet again taken something away from us without having the decency of letting us know. My concern is that its A) Kind of a time waster on my end to have to log back in for each client throughout the day. And B) I'm concerned that if we have another unprecedented day long shut down I will not be able to run cards offline as I won't be able to log in to do so. Does anyone know if this is a permanent thing?

Hi @carribatten. I had to sign in and out of a few apps today for various reasons. I can assure you that all of those (Team, iOS Dashboard) all had the 30-day option during the sign in process. I can’t tell from your post which specific app or platform you are referring to that might be missing this now. Can you point me in the right direction?
Sorry I didn’t know there was more than one application that could be signed into. I’m just trying to log into the Square Dashboard but the 30 day option is gone.
No worries. And ah. So are you being prompted for two-factor authentication every time, then?
@carribatten Maybe it would help to screen shot the screen you think is missing the 30-day option. I think I might be confused about your questions. I’m sorry.
No, I am asked for the two factor the first time but not subsequent times, it just has me enter my login info, i’ve been logging into Square on Bing for quite a while now. I did just try to log into Square with Google Chrome and it did give me the option to have an extended login. Is it possibly something to do with the two different search engines?
The search engines would not matter. But browsers would. Do you use Chrome all the time? Or another browser? I have been signed into my online dashboard all day and keep going in and out of the browser. But when I come back it is still signed in. This almost sounds like a cookie problem, or something close, especially since it is not happening to me, at least. Maybe try to clear your browser (Chrome?) cache/history? Then force close it and restart it. Try again. If that doesn’t work, I’m at a loss. I can only recommend that you reach out to support. Maybe there is something wrong in your account that they can find and correct.
