When I 10-4 To text reply customers in the messages section I get this “ sms messages can be sent as a reply to your customer's message “ it only lets me reply via email.
The rules are so ridiculous. We're trying to avoid using our cell phones while at work but the whole system is so crazy that we are forced to use our personal phones to communicate with the customer
