Where are you having problems with the team? Are you trying to get them individual logins on the point of sale, problems configuring the team members on the dashboard?
If you're talking about logging in on the point of sale, you will need to enable passcodes:
More -> Settings -> Security -> Passcodes should be toggled on and the screen configured the way you want it.
Then, every time a sale is complete (I recommend enabling Require Passcode for After Each Sale), a login screen will appear. Each employee has a four digit code and this is where they enter it to make a sale.
If you're talking about the dashboard, please let us know what you are/aren't seeing and we will do what we can to make it work for you!
