Best practice to set up an employee who gets different rates of pay weekend vs. weekday

I asked about this a while back and the best response was this. Create another job title of CLERK (OR WHATEVER) - WEEKEND with the different rate of pay. Then select it when you schedule for the weekend shifts. Hope this helps.
