I put a new employee in Team and later forgot so I put her in again. One shows her employee number that she uses and the other has her email address. I am just now trying to set everyone up to use Square Team app so of course it wont let me merge the two profiles and then when I use the email address it just says "email already in use" even though I deactivated the first one. Please help!
Hi @RPDI123. I did something similar once. You’re in a Groundhog Day situation, unfortunately. You need to contact the Customer Success Team here. They can help you fix it.
