i have been looking for a method. to refund my subscription now for 2 days and cant find anything if a member if staff could get in contact or issue a refund it would be greatly appreciated.
Hey there @oscarsas. Fellow seller here. I can’t tell from your post, so I have to ask. Have you contacted customer support? If so, what happened in that call? They are usually the only people who can issue refunds, as long as your reason for wanting a refund are sound.

It's not possible for sellers to action a refund from their Dashboard at this time. As @TheRealChipA mentioned, your best bet here is to contact our Support Team directly as we don't have access to your account information on this platform to issue refunds. Note that in addition to email and phone support, we can also assist on social media platform (Instagram, X and Facebook).
