Why is Team Members compensation is a discrepancy when generating a labor report?

My Team Members compensation is say $11 when I generate a labor report there is a discrepancy it still has what my employee made when they started, which is $10.  Why is this I changed the team members compensation and it does not change on a labor report?

Hello @CupOJoy !

I'm betting that your employee's pay rate wasn't updated in both parts of the dashboard. Check these two spots and verify their rates are the same in both:

Dashboard -> Payroll -> Payroll Team -> [employee]

Dashboard -> Team -> Team members -> [employee]

These are two separate systems because not every seller uses Square Payroll, and those that do don't necessarily run everything through the payroll program. Keeping these two rates separate, while admittedly slightly annoying, is probably the best way to keep the systems separate.
