Who gets paid?

Hi! I am having a difficult time figuring out who gets paid for this sale. Thanks in advance for your insight.

Could you clarify which sale are you referring to?

Carley closed out the transaction. Christina was the one who performed the service. Who recieves the tip? @JJ_

Christina was assigned the sale. But Carley closed it out using her passcode. I NEED an answer to this. Email support as been painful for what should be such a simple answer.

In this case, Christina will be the one getting paid. While Carley is the one who processed the payment.
