Using Square Payroll with separate physical addresses and mailing addresses

We are currently in the process of switching over to Square Teams and Payroll but I am having an issue regarding our business address as well as our employee's addresses. We are located in an area where the post office does not deliver mail to physical addresses. Most employees receive their mail at a PO Box that isn't located in the same town as their physical address (there isn't a post office in the town of their physical address). There is an input for physical address when onboarding employees for filing taxes, but I can't find a location where they can enter in their mailing address to receive their W2.

I am also concerned about the mailing address of our business itself. Our business is also not a USPS delivery address and we cannot receive any USPS mail here. I can't find a mailing address section for our business, and I'm worried that any tax correspondence with the government, state or with Square will be sent to our physical address.
Is there a solution for this? Is there a mailing address spot that I'm just not seeing?

I touched base with the Square Payroll Team for confirmation on this one. They let me know that, "We do not have a separate line for mailing addresses, although this would be helpful. The best option for this Seller is to print the employee's W-2s and distribute them to the employees rather than have Square mail them out. Square typically wouldn't mail anything to the Seller outside of mailing their employee's W-2s when requested, so there shouldn't be a concern for the Seller missing potential physical mail from us."
