Hey @DirectorMoni. The question is a little too vague to give you a perfect answer. We need to know WHICH REPORT. Here are a few answers, depending on the report you are referring to.
- If you are looking at the Sales Summary, the Tips line ONLY includes card tips.
- If you are looking at the Team Sales report, that also only includes card tips.
- If you are looking at the Timecards report in the Team section, that report includes cash tips, and breaks them out.
It’s possible I didn’t even list the report you are concerned about, so please reply and be very clear about which report who are referring to. A screen shot of it would help a lot, too. Just remember to mask out any sensitive information.
