Hey @Chris72828. I’m confused about whether you are asking for help/information, or if you just are posting to vent and make a statement as you exit Square for greener pastures. But I’ll take a chance, here.
Square Shifts is free for up to 5 team members. Note that you, as the business owner, are one of those team members. Is it possible that you now have more than 4 other team members? If so, then it has always been true that you must upgrade to Shifts Plus. Note that if you become an Appointments Plus or Restaurants Plus subscriber Shifts Plus is bundled with that subscription.
