Is there a way to set certain days and/or times that employees can't request time off? I only have a couple of employees that can cover for me if I am out of town, and I'd like to be able to block those times off ahead of time so that they can see it, but I don't see anywhere to do that.
HI there @BlackAngelDsgns. That functionality is currently not possible with Square Scheduling. I have the same issue currently I have to share a calendar with them. It's workable, of course, but not ideal. I haven't submitted a feature request because starting this year I am working myself into retirement, so it won't matter as much. You'll need to submit a feature request. If you do, post the link to it here and I'll definitely upvote/support it.
If you do submit it, I have a suggestion. It's not clear from your post whether you just want to restrict the employees in question, or if you want the restriction to be for everyone. It would be helpful to clarify the inn your request.
