Team time cards

I am trying to utilize a time card for my team but it says I have to upgrade even though there is a free version available. Why can’t I use the free version if I have less than 5 on my team plus myself? Thank you for any help you can give!!!

Correct, you are able to use the Free Version for up to 5 teammates. When you have a moment, could you please screenshot the message you are seeing on your side?

When taking a look, I am seeing that the system gives the option of continuing with the Free version or the Plus version. Are you able to select the Free version to continue?

I hope this works! It doesn’t allow me to click the free option, only free trial!

Thank you for that screenshot, @Forestandhearth!

After you select "Free Trial" it will take you to the Free Trial page, where you will want to select "Subscribe." After you are subscribed, you will have the Free Trial of Shifts Plus for 30 days.

If you cancel the Shifts Plus before the trial ends in your Pricing and Subscriptions section on your Dashboard, then you will not be charged and it will automatically start the Free version for you.
