So, I'm mildly infuriated to learn that my regular review of team sales data will now be up-charged and only accessible via Shift Plus subscription. $4/mo per device or team member. What's next, I need to pay extra to review transactions older than 30-days or to see a break down of cards vs cash sales? Square makes thousands in transaction fees off my business, plus $50 for payroll every month, and now they're asking for more to gain access to basic operational metrics. I'll be working very hard to comparison shop and move my business elsewhere this Spring.
@swdougherty81 Do you have all your team members at 1 location?
The Team Plus subscription is only 35$ per month per location and that doesn't seem bad for what you are getting if you truly compare having all the info in 1 ecosystem.
