I am wondering if someone else is having this issue. From time to time the Square Stand disables the NFC feature of allowing the scan of Team Badge by an employee, so they have to log back into the system via their passcode. Is this a know issue or something specific to us only.
also, if an employee is setup on Team Badge, can the passcode option be disabled completely or not and enabled if needed be.

It's possible that this behavior could be related to some issues we identified in the Team App today. If you're using iOS, you can update to version 4.0.2 in the AppStore. The Android update will be coming soon.
Please do let me know if you are still experiencing this issue after you've updated the app. I'll keep an eye out for your reply! 👀
We are actually using square register so no iOS, but Android system I believe.
please let us know when the new update is available so we can update and test.

Hi there again, @khananwer - My apologies. You said "Square Stand", which runs on iOS in your original post so I assumed you meant that and not the Square Register.
You can follow the steps listed here for General Troubleshooting to check for a software update for your Square Register. If there is no new update or you are still experiencing this issue after installing the latest software update, I would advise you to reach out directly to our Support Team for further assistance. They will be able to file a support ticket for our engineers to look further into this behavior if needed 🙂
