Switching employee from paper check to direct deposit.

Can anyone please help me figure out how to change an already existing employee from a paper check to direct deposit?  Square has gone through so many changes recently that it's not very user friendly anymore.

Hi @BlueRidgeCoffee 👋 Mauricio here, part of the product team at Square Staff. Here's how you can change the payment method for your employees:

  1. Go to your team member's profile on your team list.
  2. Navigate to the payroll tab.
  3. Click on the option to edit employment.
  4. You'll see the option to change the payment method from manual check to direct deposit. Update this accordingly.
  5. Click "Next" to save your changes.
  6. You'll be prompted to confirm the direct deposit info on file or you can add new information.
