Hi! Are you referring to logging in/providing a passcode vs clocking in - both use the same digit passcode. (for reference, clocking in is the blue screen). Because you mentioned it's happening w/ every transaction, it sounds like logging in. You can change that in your POS settings on your device by going into Settings --> Security --> Section on "Require employee passcode" --> Turn off "After each sale".
Please note, if these are turned off, whoever is logged in will be attributed to the action unless logged out
The issue has been resolved after speaking with Alexandra "Alex" with Square Support. I was missing the "Team Management" option under the Settings option on my POS. Once I added it back under Add-Ons I was able to unselect clock in and out. done. 🙂 She deserves a Gold Medal.
