Staff management not available in dashboard app
Hey @Chris72828. What do you mean by Staff Management? If you mean the ability to edit schedules, do payroll, add team members, etc, you can do that now using the Team App. It’s available for Android and iOS. Also, there is a beta that just started for a new Dashboard App that you might want to consider joining. Here’s the link to it.
Sorry, yes I am referring to the beta. Requested to try it a couple weeks ago. Got the email this morning to officially try it and it said to access it, update my dashboard app to 6.44. I did that but don’t see any of those features in the dashboard app
@Chris72828. Ah. Understood. First, remember that since the beta is not available to the entire seller community, that all communication about it should be made ONLY in the beta forum found at the link I provided.
Secondly, everyone seems to have had this issue. You need to sign out of the dashboard app and sign back in. This should reset everything internally. This is required since the team chose not to release a beta app this time, but to just have the existing app serve both purposes. So far, signing out and back in has fixed everyone I know had an issue.
Yes, this did it, thanks! Any info on how to access time cards from the beta version. Can’t find it anywhere in the app.
Yup. Click on the Staff button (if it is not at the bottom, click More and it will be there. You’ll see a menu at the top for schedule, time cards, payroll and files. Also you can customize the bottom menu to have the options you want there. Just go to More > Customize.
I don’t have those options. I wish I could upload a photo to show you what I see. I don’t see time cards, or the “More” option.
You Should head to the beta forum and report this.
