Does anyone know if you can use square shifts for multiple locations? We have really enjoyed the program but if it won't let us schedule by location we will have to change software.
Yup, you can work across locations, set staff to one location or multiple locations. There is the full flexibility that you need 👍
Thanks Sam, we have multiple locations set up but when using the shifts tool specifically when scheduling there does not appear to be a way to toggle between locations. It shows all staff in one view.

No ours does not look like that. Happy to email screenshots if that would help.
If you aren't seeing that I will advise you to reach out to Customer Support at 1-855-700-6000 / squ.re/contactsqsupport. They will need to look at your account settings and see why those options aren't available on your account.
