WE have a large event every year. At the conclusion of last year all team members were deleted minus the owner. It won't allow me to re-add them to my team. Is there a solution for this? When they try to log in it won't allow it.
Hi @kbirva. My business is an ice cream shop. I have this situation every year. I deactivate team members and reactivate those who choose to accept my offer the next year.
Now, I don’t delete them. That would make no sense and I don’t even know how this is possible with Square. At the very least you must rehire them somehow before they can access your business again.
Are you saying you do this and they still have access? Or something else?
The problem I have with reactivating a team member is when the auto payroll runs it "fails" with the message "We were unable to run payroll because you currently have 1 employee with negative net pay. Please correct all employees so that their net pay is zero or greater"
So I have to get the time for their time card and manually enter the time in payroll and manually run it. The time card is always correct but it's not sending it over to payroll.
