Hey there @FOLDdtla. So, first, Square Payroll ONLY charges us for employees who get paid during a given month. So, even if we have 100 team members, if only 10 of those get at least one paycheck (or are contractors who receive checks through our Square Payroll as 1099 team members), then we are charged for only those 10, not for all 100.
That being said, are you saying that NONE of those contractors were issued checks through your Square Payroll account? If not, how did you issue them checks?
