Square Payroll MISC debits

I see debits to my bank account from Square Payroll with the description "PAYR MISC Square Inc". What are these transactions?

Editing to add, we also see some credits to our account with the same description, but I cannot find any record of matching transactions in Square Payroll.

I also found a charge PAYR MISC CO with no corresponding transactions in payroll back on 9/10/25.  We don't pay contractors so I find this super odd.
