Square Payroll MISC debits

I see debits to my bank account from Square Payroll with the description "PAYR MISC Square Inc". What are these transactions?

Editing to add, we also see some credits to our account with the same description, but I cannot find any record of matching transactions in Square Payroll.

I also found a charge PAYR MISC CO with no corresponding transactions in payroll back on 9/10/25.  We don't pay contractors so I find this super odd.

Don’t suppose you ever learned what this was about? I just noticed one of these from a few weeks ago. Same date as an off-cycle payment, but I didn’t think they charged extra for those!

Check to see if this could possibly be State Unemployment Taxes.
