Solo owner but I want someone to manage my calls and appointments. Do I need plus?

Can I add someone on the free version and just have them under the main team permissions and limit what the whole team can see but still have full access as the owner?

Hi @WJTherapy.  If I understand you, you only need one set of Team permissions which will apply to everyone except you.  You can do that with the free version of Teams.

 

You will always sign into the POS using your personal POS passcode that you set up in Dashboard -> Account & Settings -> Personal Information -> Sign in & security.  You can set up the one team permission set included with the free Teams subscription to limit everyone else however you wish to.

 

Of course, if you decide that you need a permission set for managers and another for line employees, you will need to upgrade to Teams Plus.
