Scheduling Not Enabled

I have one employee who cannot see his schedule- it reads, “scheduling not enabled”. He has logged off and logged back in, deleted and re-added the app, and customer service has no clue. Please advise. Why would this be?

Are you saying that they can not see their schedule or their not able to add book clients onto their schedule?  I guess I should have started and asked are you using Square Shifts or Square Appointments?  Depending on which feature you are using/needing determines which app your new employee would need to download.

Okay so we had a little problem ourselves when we first started using shifts for my bf company.  Make sure that your employee has the right app downloaded:

 

Square TeamSquare TeamThe next thing is make sure you have all the shifts "Published".  They won't be able to see any shifts if they are not published.  Don't worry we'll try to figure it out 🙂
