Curious how often you guys pay staff.

I have always been paid every other week at work, but I am thinking of switching to weekly so I have a little more consistency with expenses.

Weekly for sure. For the reason you mentioned. Since we pay per employee paid in a month, no matter how many times we pay them, there’s no added expense. Honestly I think it is good for employee morale, too. Two weeks is a long time!

When I worked for a company for 3 years it was every other week.  At my own companies it is every week, it takes me an extra hour or so a week but the employees would never want every other week.
