I'm new to Square. How do I set up permissions for my IT/Web Marketing Service Provider to assist me with Square Online & Square Appointments?
In your Square Dashboard under "Team" you can set permissions for specific jobs/people. Then add your IT/Web provider as Team Member and apply the permission set you want.
You will need a Team Plus Subscription or be subscribed to Retail Plus or Restaurants Plus to access all the features within Team Management ie. adding multiple permission sets.
